In need of a serious update (and overhaul)

If this app doesnt get an update soon it will no longer be compatible with iOS. Which renders Capture all but obsolete.

Im not sure what the deal is with this app. Its got the youtube name, googles money and the there is definitely still a demand for video creation app that works strictly with (and for) Youtube.

If I was the Hombre calling the shots over at Youtube/Google et. I would scrap the current layout but keep the same platform as far as the video creator app that functions specifically for Youtube. First I would dumb it down even more and emphasize on easy accesss to all the available cloud sites where people are stored there media these days. First off , Google Drive (obvy), Onedrive, and for sure Dropbox, which is my personal favorite. Make the integration to those as east as possible as well as iCloud ,Amazon Box and whatever cloud/drive services I am missing. Secondly, I would hold the iOS version hostage with the iTunes and Apple Music programs. I hate that it will only use the music that youve uploaded to itunes. I mean half of the music you cant even use because of copyright and that takes the creative and uniqueness out of a making. a video with music. I know they provide you with a list of preloaded music but all those are totally bunk and they never represent what your are statement to convey in the video . (Lame).
Bottom line, you would think Youtube would have a little more pride in an app that offers users an avenue to make their own videos that will ultimately be posted up on their video site . I mean thats how they made themselves what they are today,

right? Its ironic that the app is so subpar considering who they are as a business
