Can you make a app called YouTube Screen and you go in the app and its exactly like this except theres a red button that says record and if you press it it starts recording your device and when you wanna stop go in the app and press it again to stop it and then it will show you the video and you can cut it instead of just shorting it so add cutting and shorting and then you can press Done.
